• Business & customer data you enter — products, customers, invoices, expenses, and any notes, images, or signatures you add.
• Images you upload — logos, product photos, and receipt images.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information such as IP address and device type, used to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide the core features: creating invoices, tracking payments, and managing your catalog and customers.
• To send invoices and notifications on your behalf when you choose to (email or SMS).
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the Service.

We use a limited set of trusted providers only to deliver features you enable. Data is shared with them solely to perform that function:

• Google Sign-In — if you choose to log in with Google.
• Anthropic (Claude) — powers the optional in-app AI assistant; your prompts are processed to generate responses.
• Email & SMS providers — to deliver invoices and notifications you send.
• Image hosting — to store images you upload.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
